Open House

We had our first Open House today. It went well BUT could have been better. It was scheduled from 3-5. Right at the start of The Pistons Game 7. Needless to say, we didn't have a good turn out but we had 1 person! That was better than none. Hopefully we will start to get showings soon! Matt did such a great job cleaning the house yesterday while I went to a Musical with some friends. Now if we can just keep it that clean....

House For Sale

We have been in Michigan for 2 years now and it is time to move on. Our 2nd home is up For Sale. Matt was offered a promotion at work. His new position is Underwriting Supervisor for the Lima Branch. YES-- Lima, OH. So it is time to pack up once again and start our new adventure. Well....for the time being, Matt is packing up and moving to Ohio. I am going to stay in Michigan until we sale the house or I find a job in OH.


We went to OH this weekend and found Matt a little apartment. And when I say little I mean LITTLE!!! It is 288 sq. feet one room Studio Apartment. It comes furnished and has a Murphey Bed. It is small but it will serve its purpose until we sell the house. It does have a kitchen with stove, microwave and fridge. He moves in on the weekend of June 9th. I will add pictures of the apartment at that time!
